• The thumbnails that you see on the thumbnail sheet are NOT for downloading. They are meerly for display purposes. The actual 24 megapixel photos are the photos that are downloaded. Click the thumbnail to select the photo to download. Then, click the Download button to download your photos.
• Downloads to a Smart Phone prompts the user to send photos to Instagram. This is because all photos are opted to be stored in the cloud. Please change the location to store downloads from the "cloud" to "on the device". For iphones, click Settings → Safari → Downloads → On My iPhone.

A professional photographer brings artistry and technical skill to the fore. Specifically, there are a number of factors that must be considered in taking every photo, namely:

• Composition. The photographer has to configure the components of the photo.
• Lighting. The photographer has to minimise shadow and contrast on the subject.
• Framing. The photographer is responsible for everything that falls within the field of view.

The end result is a work of art that you can put on a wall and admire forever.

A Reference Photo is a photo that the system uses to find matching faces in the photos uploaded by the Photographer. Without this Reference Photo, the system won't be able to find your photos. Also, the Reference Photo must be taken "live". That is, it can't be an uploaded photo. This ensures the integrity of the system.

Most photos are taken in Portrait mode, that is, face-on. However, some photos are taken side-on or in Profile mode. For example, in Athletics events, the finishing shot is almost always taken in Profile. In this case, you will need to take a Reference Photo in Profile mode.

This allows the system send you an email notifying you that your photos are ready to download. Without this notification, you could miss out on seeing your photos. The deadline will pass, and your photos will be deleted from the system.

Firstly, make sure you've taken a Reference Photo of yourself (if you're the subject of the photo) or of you're children (if they are the subjects of the photos). Assuming the Reference Photos are good, then this would only happen if the photographer couldn't get a clear shot of your child. For example, at a Swimming Carnival, your child's face may have been obscured by the water. In this case, without a clear face, the system won't be able to find your photos. Our photographers make every effort to get a clear shot, but, unfortunately, it may not be possible.

Your photos will be available for six weeks after the event before they're deleted from the system. You will receive an email notification two days beforehand. So, please make sure you've downloaded all the photos that you intend to download.

The price is set by the Business doing the photography. During the Checkout process, you will be presented with an invoice detailing the photos and their cost. This allows you to examine the price of each photo before paying the invoice. You can, then, go back to the Thumbnail sheet and change the selection of photos. Each photo should cost around AU$15.00 to AU$20.00.

The system will detect a failed download. Simply, log back in, and click the Check My Photos option. Click on the Gallery you selected before, then click the Download button on the thumbnail sheet. This will download the photos that failed to download the first time.

This is because there are numerous facilities online that offer excellent printing and framing of your photos. This also means that we can offer you the lowest cost possible - far below any other photography business.
